Deliciously Indulgent Bakery - Review

Deliciously Indulgent Bakery - Review

The Deliciously Indulgent Bakery, the newest set from The Sims 3 Store has been my latest addiction.
I've been experimenting with this set quite a bit, when I filmed my overview a little while ago, I did give my
typical itty bitty mini review  at the end, but I thought i'd give a more in depth review for those who
are still wary on if they would like to purchase it or not.

The Venue -  The Bakery itself is not bad, but not out of this world either. I feel like its a cute aspect but almost in a way repetitive.  The Prism Art Studio for an example, or The Golden Ticket Toy Shop, its all very similar.
I would have preferred maybe something more quaint, and homely. Thats just my opinion though.
On the positive note, if you are bringing the whole family down to bake, there is more than enough from for the whole family to bake and purchase! If this would sold seperatly from all the other items, I wouldn't purchase this per-say.

The Bakers Bazaar Collection - The newest way to sell some merchandise in the TS3. If your sim is preparing to make the most delectable delicious bakery, this is a must have. You can now store goodies in these tiered shelves, which are refrigerated. Yes, thats right, not only will it hold it but it will keep it fresh! On the other side of this convenient storage system, is the cash register itself. You can hire a sales clerk, who unfortunately is just a random spawned sim, whom you cant put a uniform on, so yes just about ANYBODY can spawn into your bakery. You can set sales and mark ups. This item is a must have for those who want to actually run a bakery. For 500 simpoints, i'd purchase it, but do I see myself using the sale portion of the whole baking aspect, no not really.

The Baker Station - This has risen to be tied with the Wood Fire Oven on being my favorite premium content.
For those who like to cook, or eat! This is totally a stellar item for you.  You receive an array of new dishes for your sims to munch on. You can now make cobbler, pies, cookies, cakes, bread and much, much more.
I think my favorite dish is the life fruit pie, you can expand your lifespan by simply eating a piece of pie!
Your sims might get a little chunky constantly preparing some sweet dishes, but I do think this item is worth the 700 simpoints, it will go for individual sale in the future.

The Baker Station - Some dishes require these EPs/Sets

  • Wood Fire Oven
  • Humble Harvest Stands
  • Bohemian Garden
  • The Sims 3 Ambitions
  • The Sims 3 Late Night

    Believing & Good Karma

    Believing & Good Karma.
I use to undermean these topics so much, I never understood how believing in oneself would bring good karma and sunshine and rainbows. I was so negative, I didn't understand the concept that only you can truly bring happiness to yourself. I assumed good comes time to time. It shouldn't be that way though, you should be able to wake up knowing today is going to be a good day, and have a positive outlook. I know, its hard to look at the day in that manner, after a long night of playing video games and binging on some very unhealthy snacks, then to wake up early in the morning and get ready to hopefully have an eventful productive day. So many people are oblivious to how they can make that day eventful and productive everyday. I personally like to goals and have motives for my day. I wake up knowing I have responsibility's that I need to get done, but I try my hardest to look at it in a positive outlook. Ever since I started setting goals for myself i've been pretty productive, that procrastination is slowly diminishing. I use to put 70% into everything I did, and now im slowly reneging up to 110%. I realize (especially Youtube wise) that making content that I enjoy, and feel accomplished on is so rewarding. This week i've been taking my time producing, i've been working on some special little videos. It feels nice. I take my time, and BELIEVE in myself throughout all this. You need to believe, there will always be a person who is going to try to bring you down, don't let them. Also dont be that person, dont be the person to bring someone down, dont have bad intentions. I do believe in Karma, good comes to those who do good. So believing in yourself, being happy and doing good, will only bring good.
